Atkins Diet Recipe: Low Carb Cranberry Salad

Cranberries are lower carb than most people think at only 7 net grams per cup. There are a lot of low carbers that use the initial method of boiling the cranberries in a Splenda syrup and then strained the pulp to make their own cranberry juice. This recipe at 2.5g would be an excellent addition to most Ongoing Weight Loss followers’ Thanksgiving dinner. The original recipe was found here ( ), but I slightly tweaked based upon my experience or failures.
