Salsa Cruda is a part of Mexican cuisine. Easy made and has an awesome fresh taste. All you need is a knife to chop ingredients!
- 1 red tomato
- 1/2 chopped white onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- Serrano peppers finely chopped
- Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon should be OK
- 1/2 cup of water
Chop tomato (leave skin on). Mix with all other ingredients. Put it a side for a while (30 minutes should be enough). Salsa Cruda is ready to serve. It goes perfect with tacos.
