- Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Guacamole Preparation
- Mash the avocados in a bowl until creamy, adding lime juice to taste and a pinch of salt.
Assembly
- Spread guacamole over each tostada.
- Top with grilled shrimp and spoon pico de gallo over the shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
