Method
 

Procedure
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into 3-inch sticks and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the sticks for about 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
  4. Set up a coating station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika in the last.
  5. Coat each stick in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Optionally, repeat the egg and breadcrumb process for extra crunch.
  6. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan.
  7. Fry 3 to 4 sticks at a time for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through.
  8. Drain fried sticks on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
