Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes, or until browned.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Allow to simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. While beef simmers, chop romaine lettuce and slice cherry tomatoes and red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, start with a handful of chopped romaine, then layer on seasoned beef, black beans, and corn.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top, followed by diced avocado.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
  7. Serve with optional warm corn tortillas or crispy chips.
