- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, three eggs, one cup of water, and either ⅓ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake for 28–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10–15 minutes. Poke holes all over the surface with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- In two separate bowls, dissolve one package of strawberry Jello and one package of lime Jello in ½ cup of boiling water each.
- Spoon the strawberry Jello over one half of the cake and the lime Jello over the other half. Allow it to seep into the holes.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Spread the thawed Cool Whip evenly across the top and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before serving.
