Cooking Steps
- Brown and crumble 2 pounds of ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Drain grease.
- Transfer cooked beef to a 5-6 quart slow cooker, breaking up clumps.
- Stir in refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, checking occasionally.
- Serve the mixture on soft hamburger buns, adding optional toppings as desired.
