Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Cut cooled noodles into triangles or strips to resemble nacho shapes. Set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread noodle chips on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, then toss for even coating.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Layer cooked sausage and pepperoni over crispy chips.
  7. Pour warmed marinara sauce over the layers.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with black olives and basil before serving. Offer red pepper flakes on the side.
