Step-by-Step Instructions for Pumpkin Turkey Chili
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Add 1 pound of lean ground turkey to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the turkey is fully cooked and browned.
