- Prepare the platter base by laying a large round platter on your kitchen counter. Take 6 slices of white cheddar and arrange them in a circle for Santa's face.
- Add 22 slices of pepperoni in a half-circle at the top of the cheese to create Santa's hat.
- Trim the hat by placing 5 additional slices of white cheddar along the bottom edge of the pepperoni hat.
- Create the pom-pom by stacking a couple of deli-sliced provolone on one side of the pepperoni, arranged in a small pile.
- Make the eyes using the two black olives placed on the white cheddar slices.
- Assemble the nose using one half of the cherry tomato in the center for Santa’s nose and place the others on each side for rosy cheeks.
- Shape the mustache from a slice of provolone and position it just under the cherry tomato for Santa’s nose.
- Create the beard by cubing the remaining white cheddar and filling the bottom of the platter.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and visual appeal.
