  1. Begin by peeling the banana and measuring out 1 cup of pineapple chunks, either fresh or frozen.

  3. Blend on high speed for about 30–45 seconds until silky and creamy.
  4. If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker texture and blend again for 15–20 seconds.
