- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a bowl, mix 2 cups of Minute Rice, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of water. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Lay 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts evenly.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours without peeking.
- After baking, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
