Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix 2 cups of Minute Rice, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of water. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Lay 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts evenly.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours without peeking.
  7. After baking, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
