Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and almond butter to the mashed bananas, whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, and coconut sugar.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35–37 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
