  • 3 medium Ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Almond butter softened
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour use sparingly
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Coconut sugar
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and almond butter to the mashed bananas, whisk until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, and coconut sugar.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–37 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
