  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
For the Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream optional
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup diced onions optional
  • 1 cup jalapeños optional
  • 1 bottle hot sauce optional

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft.
  4. Layer seasoned beef, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, and sour cream onto each tortilla.
  5. Fold sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Grill the burritos seam-side down on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
