- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft.
- Layer seasoned beef, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, and sour cream onto each tortilla.
- Fold sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Grill the burritos seam-side down on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
