  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
  4. Transfer cooked pasta to a skillet or mixing bowl. Add roasted tomatoes and corn.
  5. Pour in a splash of reserved pasta water and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Tear burrata into pieces and scatter over pasta. Allow cheese to melt.
