Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F) fan-forced and prepare the muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  5. Fold in the chopped milk chocolate, reserving some for topping.
  6. Fill the muffin liners about two-thirds full with the batter.
  7. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chunks on top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 30–33 minutes, checking for doneness at the 30-minute mark.
  9. Prepare the ganache by pouring hot cream over dark chocolate and stir until smooth.
