  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • Optional toppings Whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or crushed candy canes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and set the oven rack to the middle position.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter until fully mixed, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until fluffy.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour until edges set and center jiggles slightly.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Slice with a warm, wet knife, serve with optional toppings.
