- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes. Beat in egg, orange zest, and orange juice until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing on low until just combined.
- Fold in chopped dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Roll out cookie dough to about ½ inch thickness, cut star shapes, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
