Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 200 g of noodles and cook until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the chilled, drained noodles to the peanut sauce. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly.
- Sprinkle the sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds over the noodles. Toss lightly again to mix.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
