Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes, then drain excess grease.

  3. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until mostly melted and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-4 inch circle; spoon the beef mixture into the center.
  5. Seal the biscuits by pinching the edges together, then roll into a ball and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Whisk together melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder; brush over the tops of the bombs.
