Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the pound of shrimp under cold running water and then lay them on a clean kitchen towel to pat dry thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture.
