- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place Ritz crackers in a single layer.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar. Heat over medium for 7-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, and whisk in milk, vanilla, and peanuts. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Spoon the caramel-peanut mixture generously onto each Ritz cracker until covered.
- Allow the treats to cool completely, about 30 minutes, then transfer to an airtight container.
