- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add ½ cup of unsalted butter and melt gently.
- Mix in ½ cup of brown sugar until it dissolves completely.
- Stir in 2½ cups of graham cracker crumbs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Press half of the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Evenly distribute 350 g of chocolate chips over the graham cracker base.
- Layer on 6 cups of mini marshmallows evenly atop the chocolate chips.
- Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture and sprinkle it over the marshmallows.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
