Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and ¾ cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; blend on low speed until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Load the dough into a cookie press and pipe onto the prepared baking sheets.
