- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare jumbo muffin tins with cupcake liners or nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, oil, milk, water, and vanilla extract. Blend on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
- Add the sour cream to the mixture and stir gently until fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle in the Devil's food cake mix, chocolate fudge pudding, and cinnamon. Mix gently on low to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Fill each muffin well about ¾ full with batter and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
