Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Flatten each round of biscuit dough slightly and spoon beef and garlic mixture into each biscuit.
  5. Place a cube of cheddar cheese and some diced Parmesan on top of the beef filling.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  8. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  9. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
