- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Flatten each round of biscuit dough slightly and spoon beef and garlic mixture into each biscuit.
- Place a cube of cheddar cheese and some diced Parmesan on top of the beef filling.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
