- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 1 ½ tablespoons of honey, 1 ½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, spoon or brush the honey mustard glaze over the tops, and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
