- Mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Combine the 3 eggs and ⅓ cup almond butter with the bananas.
- Whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, and coconut sugar in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
- Fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Prepare an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35-37 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack and slice.
