- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Add in ½ cup of milk and ¼ cup of melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread melted butter over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough from the long edge into a tight log and pinch the edge to seal.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix 1 cup of icing sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
