  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup milk can substitute with almond or oat milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
Filling
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar can use coconut sugar as a substitute
Icing
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk adjust for desired consistency

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Add in ½ cup of milk and ¼ cup of melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Spread melted butter over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  6. Roll the dough from the long edge into a tight log and pinch the edge to seal.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix 1 cup of icing sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the icing over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
