  1. Heat the plant-based milk in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds until warm but not boiling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strong white flour, dried yeast, soft brown sugar, and salt; stir until well blended.
  3. Add the warmed plant-based milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients; mix until it forms a shaggy dough.
  4. Flour a clean surface and knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Coat a mixing bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it proof in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
  6. Line a baking tin with baking paper.
  7. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
  8. Spread soft brown sugar and cinnamon across the rolled dough, then distribute apple fruit filling.
