- Begin by pouring 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. Keep an eye on the water as it heats; small bubbles will start to form. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat immediately.
- Carefully add 4 bags of black tea to the hot water. Allow the tea to steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
