  1. Begin by washing the spinach and green apple thoroughly under cold water. Peel the banana and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
  2. In your blender, add the spinach, lemon juice, and water or coconut water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until fully liquefied.
  3. Carefully add in the banana, sliced green apple, Greek yogurt, honey, and chia seeds. Blend again for 30–45 seconds until silky.
