Step-by-Step Instructions for Cajun Crawfish Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice your French bread loaf lengthwise, keeping it connected at the hinge.
  3. Spread garlic butter evenly on both halves of the sliced bread.
  4. Sauté chopped green onions in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix half of the cheese blend into the crawfish mixture until melted.
  7. Spoon the crawfish mixture onto the bottom half of the prepared French bread.
